$600 per review, base fee
Flat. A longer review, a review with a photo, and a five-year-old review all cost the same.
That is the base fee for a single review. An order covering several reviews is discounted against it, and how far down depends on the order itself: how many reviews it runs to, and what is involved in each. Your quote names the per-review rate it works out to.
Your first review runs on different terms. We take it on with nothing paid upfront and carry the risk ourselves, so if it does not come down you owe nothing at all. Once it is no longer displayed, that review costs $350. Place an order for nine or more further appeals and we waive the $350 as well. This is a one-time arrangement for a new client, and it exists so that you can watch us take something down before you have paid us anything.
The terms
- The fee
- $600 per review is the base fee. A long review, one with a photo, and a five-year-old review all cost the same. An order covering several reviews is discounted against that, by an amount that depends on the order.
- Your first review
- We take one on with nothing paid upfront and carry the risk on it ourselves. Once it is no longer displayed you pay $350 for it. Place an order for nine or more further appeals and the $350 is waived. If you have already paid it and then place that order, it comes off the order total. This is a one-time arrangement for a new client, and you keep the audit either way.
- When you are invoiced
- For a single review, once it is no longer displayed. On a larger order, half the quoted total when the work starts and the balance when it is done.
- If part of a set does not come down
- You are billed only for reviews that are no longer displayed. Any that stay up come off the invoice at the rate your quote names, and if that leaves your deposit larger than the work delivered, we refund you the difference. Your quote states the per-review rate, so you can run that arithmetic yourself before agreeing to anything.
- Thirty days
- A review we have taken on and failed to shift within thirty days costs you nothing. Recent reviews usually move well inside that. Older ones can run the full thirty.
- Retainers and subscriptions
- Neither. A set of reviews is quoted once, as a set, and there is no recurring charge to cancel because we never set one up.
- Reviews you report yourself
- Tell us up front which ones you have already reported. That does not rule a review out, and we take on plenty that owners have already flagged; knowing about it changes how we build the case rather than whether we take it. What we would rather avoid is learning about it afterwards. Once we have taken a review on, leave it with us, because filing against it yourself while our case is open cuts across work already in progress. If you think a particular removal had nothing to do with our case, say so and we will look at it with you.
- Account access
- We never ask for it. Your Google account, your password and manager rights on your listing stay with you. Nothing in our process touches them.
- Re-removal warranty
- A review we removed that reappears within six months gets filed again at no charge, and if it stays up the second time you are refunded what you paid for it. Not one review we have taken down has ever come back, and no client has ever made a claim under it. Full terms.
Getting a number for your profile
Send us a link to the profile. We pull your public review histogram, count what is there, and come back with the list and the arithmetic. No charge for it, and it puts you under no obligation.
